The SLC Model of learning will build and sustain positive relationships among students and staff. This will establish a conducive learning environment where every staff member knows the needs, interests, and aspirations of each child. The staff will be able to provide the academic, social, emotional and other supports needed for each student to succeed as a young adult and provide research-based instruction to monitor student progress.
